Day 2: June 1: “Hallowed Halls and Temples”
Morning: Meet at school at 9:30 am. Take van to city to Philadelphia Museum of Art. Tour current exhibits and visit favorite works from the established collection.
Click the tab marked PMA and explore some favorite works chosen by some Philadelphia artists. These selected artists go to "visit" the works in this collection on a regular basis. Think about the idea that a person can form a strong, emotional relationship with an object/work of art. How/why do you think this happens? Look for some of the works and see if you have a similar reaction. List the works in the comments section.

Afternoon: Walk to Masonic Temple for tour. Return to museum for drive back to school.
